MISSION STATEMENT
The Real Estate Advancement League is dedicated to elevating the Real Estate industry introducing young professionals to the business at an early age, instilling strict moral and ethical standards of conducting real estate business, providing a thorough curriculum encompassing industry best practices and trade strategies to achieve higher levels of success, bringing members together in fellowship through large scale thought leadership and philanthropic events, and offering members early income opportunities through Real Estate licensure and enrollment at a leading brokerage.
PROCESS
Christina Kremidas brings pre-prepared curriculum to local school students through virtual learning systems on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
As students progress through the program, they are provided with training materials and the opportunity to obtain their NYS Real Estate License (minimum age 18).
Once licensed, members have the opportunity to join a leading brokerage (currently Douglas Elliman Real Estate under Christina Kremidas) under a referral agent status (incurs no annual fees) or standard agent status (incurs desk fees)
In addition to learning through ‘lectures,’ students will gain hands-on experience by learning how to farm their network and assisting with these transactions as a group in real time. Licensed agents (aged 18+) will earn real income from transactions that they sourced.
Guest speakers/lecturers will include esteemed Real Estate Attorneys, Mortgage Lenders, and other top industry entrepreneurs to deliver cutting-edge industry knowledge to members.
R.E.A.L. is a city and nationwide referral network, bringing together chapters from schools across New York (and eventually across the 50 states) for events and initiatives.
After graduation, members will remain in R.E.A.L. and have the opportunity to earn an income that will support their college education, their families, etc.
Members may remain licensed with Douglas Elliman Real Estate as long as they are active working agents.
