She literally sat and spoke to me for almost 2 hours about NYC real estate, Co-ops, condos, land leases, and everything in between. She spoke I took notes lol! From there on she connected me with Anna (another agent on her team) who was beyond attentive. As a first-time home buyer and first-time buyer in NYC, I had a million and one questions and as we saw apartments more questions arose. Anna answered every one of them- either via a quick text back or a phone call if the answer was a bit longer and complex. Anna was super attentive when I sent her a list of places I was interested in viewing, setting up all the showings, and understanding what I was looking for to weed out units I really wouldn’t like. Sadly the first apartment we won the offer on, fell through over a holiday weekend. Both Anna and Christina were amazing in pivoting and coming up with the next steps right away as I was disappointed and in a bit of a rush to get into an apartment. They again answered all the questions and followed through to place a new offer on a different apartment. The offer was accepted! And now the difficulty of the board package began. Anna walked me through each and every step and really helped to push things along as much as she could given my tight timeline. Also to mention the other recommendations Anna and Christina referred me in regards to the mortgage agents and lawyer, we’re amazing and worked together impeccably.
